.50 Cases Of Primary Liver Cancer Deaths In Clinical Analysis

Purpose:To analyze the clinical features of liver cancer and common cause of death, for the treatment of liver cancer to provide a reasonable reference. Material and method:retrospective analysis of 50 cases of primary liver cancer patients with clinical symptoms of death, associated diseases, TCM syndromes, the cause of death and survival situation. SPSS15.0 software using cluster analysis the main clinical symptoms.Results:1. In the clinical symptoms of patients with advanced liver cancer occurs most frequently is the weakness of 40 cases (80%), anorexia in 35 (70%), abdominal distension in 23 cases (46%), three symptoms, SPSS15.0 software main symptoms were the most important cluster analysis revealed a group of symptoms: fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distension, Xie pain, liver discomfort, abdominal pain, black stool, loose stools (constipation).2. Hepatocellular carcinoma often accompanied by hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis and its complications, a history of jaundice, ascites, bleeding. Hepatitis B in 9 cases (18%), cirrhosis in 3 cases (6%), hepatitis B + cirrhosis in 7 patients (14%); jaundice in 12 cases (24%),ascites in 16 cases (32%), bleeding in 16 patients (32%).3. In this study, 50 cases of liver cancer symptoms grouped into 4 types, including liver Qi stagnation, 15cases (30%), liver and gallbladder damp-heat in 6 cases (12%) , spleen wet storm 15 cases (30%), liver-kidney in 14 cases (28%).4. Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most important cause of death in systemic failure, accounting for 36% of 18 cases.5. Integrated Traditional and Western way of treatment of liver cancer, the average survival 16.10±4.4 months, median survival of 9.0 months.Conclusion:1. Liver cancer is a disease mainly of local systemic disease, disease location in the liver, lesions involving the five internal organs, and spleen most closely related to, the card-based virtual real.2. Hepatitis B virus infection and cirrhosis is the major risk factors for liver cancer and liver cancer deaths and chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver disease or cirrhosis of the liver based advanced significantly related to serious complications.3.
