Purpose:To provide a basis for further research according to the chemical research in Radix Aucklandiae, which are collected from commercially available products or different processings. Materials and Methods: Extract volatile oil by steam distillation and determine oil yield in various kinds of goods; determine the indicator components by high-performance liquid chromatography; compare the fingerprint by HPLC;use high-performance liquid chromatography in rat plasma and organization in the absorption.Results:1. Content determination: The HPLC method to determine the indicator components of Radix Aucklandiae had good linearity, precision, stability, reproducibility and recoveries ,which were up to standard, there are some content differences among all these drugs.2.Fingerprint: adopt the HPLC method, to establish fingerprint of Radix Aucklandiae, initially establish the identification method of Radix Aucklandiae from different sources or processings.3. Pharmacokinetics: The DAS2.0 software processing, the indicator components of Radix Aucklandiae in rat plasma curcumol in 0.066~16.9μg·mL-1,0.0980~25.1010μg·mL-1 showed a good range of linear relationshwith the relevant requirements. Conclusions: Based on the basic research,we make the best extraction process for volatile oil, establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determination of the indicator components of Radix Aucklandiae, establish a fingerprint to compare their similarity, and establish a high-performance liquid chromatography method in biological samples, these methods are fast, accurate, repeatability, which can be used for further research and development of Radix...
