Short Fry Frequency To Service Yinqiaosan Treatment Of Air Temperature Since The Beginning Of Clinical Research

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of early stage of the Wind-warm disease with decoction of Yinqiaosan. The decoction of Yinqiaosan need short-decoction and take frequency.Methods:sixty cases with the Symptoms of early stage of the Wind-warm disease were divided into two group randomly.30 cases in the treating group were treated with decoction of Yinqiaosan, The decoction of Yinqiaosan need short-decoction and take frequency. Illness light were warm-taken three one day and once night, severe illness were warm-taken four times a day and once night. While the cases in the control group with Lingyang Ganmao Pian,4 to 6 pieces each,2 times a day. Treatment for one week. Two groups of age, gender, duration by statistics, no significant differences, comparable. Analysis to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results:1. Comparison of the total effect of the two groups.-the total effectiveness of treatment group was 93.4%.while that of the control group was 60%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group.2. Comparison of TCM symptom score:After treatment, two groups of comparisons of TCM symptom score are statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Comparison of the chest radiograph improvement of the two groups:After treatment two groups of comparisons are no statistically significant (P>0.05)4. Comparison of blood:the treatment group compared with the control group, comparisons are no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of early stage of the Wind-warm disease with decoction of Yinqiaosan which need short-decoction and take frequency was satisfactory, Compared with Lingyang Ganmao Pian. Integration of traditional Chinese medical syndrome has obvious improvement.
