Acupuncture Combined With Clinical Observations, Treatment Of Liver Yang Dizziness

Purpose: Observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine in treatment of liver positive high dizziness( Vertebrobasilar artery blood supply deficiency )and analyze the mechanism of action of acupuncture treatment.Material and method:60 cases that satisfy the criteria are randomly divided into two groups: acupuncture treatment group 30 examples (acupuncture add drug group) and conventional control group 30 examples (drug group).Treat these two groups with flating liver Yang,nourishing liver and kidney. Acupuncture group points according to"acupuncture"positioning, points to take the Fengchi(GB20), Neiguan (PC6), Taixi(KI3)(2 sides), Tai Chong (LR3)(2 sides), Baihui(DU20), Sishencong(EX-HN1). Once a day for ten days for a course, a total of two courses. Shu Xuening 20ml joins 0.9%Nacl250ml date vein intravenous drip. Herbal drugs modified of Tianma Gouteng Yin are used three times a day, every ten days for a courses of treatment,a total of two courses.Control group only use the drugs as the same as treatment group.we observe these two clinical treatments separately.Results:1.The treatment group observes in the case 30 examples to convalesce 8 examples, account for 26.7%, shows results 13 examples, account for 43.3%, the effective 5 examples, account for 16.7%, the invalid 3 examples, account for 10%, total effectiveness 90%. The control group observes in the case 30 examples to convalesce 3 examples, account for 10%, shows results 10 examples, account for 33.3%, the effective 9 examples, account for 30%, the invalid 8 examples, account for 26.7%, total effectiveness 73.3%.2. Between the two groups after treatment, the left vertebral artery (LVA), right vertebral artery (RVA), basilar artery (BA) mean velocity, there were significant differences between the two groups(p<0.05), which prompt the average flow velocity of the left vertebral artery (LVA), right vertebral artery (RVA), basilar artery (BA) of the treatment group was improved better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Treatment of liver positive high dizziness with acupuncture combined with medicine has a better clinical effect than pure medicine use. It's worth further promoting . Acupuncture acupoint selection is simple, the curative effect is remarkable, is accepted easily by the general patients .
