| Purpose:Observed cupping George phlegm obstruct the lung pneumonia in children the clinical efficacy, provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment.Material and method:104 cases of pneumonia in children phlegm will obstruct the lung were randomly divided into two groups: control group 52 patients were treated with oral administration of conventional medicine and hospital pediatric formulations Qingfei mixture, phlegm loose, acupoint application in the treatment group with the control group in 52 cases Integrative Medicine at the same time, plus Chinese cupping therapy, were treated for 7 days. Observe and compare the two groups in cough, sputum, fever and other symptoms, body temperature, and other signs of pulmonary rales, and the overall effect of the differences in traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.The treatment group improved more than the control group of patients with cough, sputum and other clinical symptoms, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).2.The treatment group than in the control group improved more rapidly in patients with the pulmonary rales, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).3.The treatment group 52 patients were cured 30 cases, effective in 14 cases, 6 cases improved, and the total efficiency up to 96.15%, that is symptomatic efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Pneumonia in children by cupping George phlegm obstruct the lung can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and fewer adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application. |
