The third day after comparison, there is significant difference (P<0.05). Postoperative on the seventh day, comparison, no significant difference (P>0.05). The treatment group coagulant time early in off time, hemorrhoids nuclear treatment group coagulant time greatly shortened, can effectively relieve postoperative pain, swelling and bleeding complications, relieve pain, patient satisfaction high.Conclusion:Treatment of hemorrhoids with a liberal fixation ofΛ-flap to be safe effective,causing few postopertive complication and popularize in clinical treatment. |
