The new rural cooperative medical system is a unique rural social security system of China.It is committed to establish a basic medical insurance system for farmers,which will reduce farmers costs of medical and improve the rural health care services. The new rural cooperative medical system involves more than ten different departments.In order to complete this policy well, to strengthen coordination between departments is very necessary.However,during the implementation process of the new rural cooperative,in the coordination between relevant departments,the functions of the sectors donot fully realized,all this due to the fragmental administrative system, departmental selfishness, lossing rules and other reasons. Based on this, I choose to study this task.The primary corerage of this discourse as follows,the first part is the overview of the new rural cooperative medical system, the second part describes the new rural cooperative medical system in the present situation, co-ordinate the administrative system that department division,the third part in-depth anylysing the causes of the problem,co-ordinate the administrative system that department division, the risks of department coordination and lack of effective supervision which lead to the loose of the department mechanism,the coordination content is not clear and single pattern of coordination etc. the last part on the basis of the front content give some suggestion like enhance department coordinate consciousness, strengthen the construction of the mechanism of the department coordination and to strengthen the supervision mechanism,to improve the department coordination of the new rural cooperative medical system.
