The tumor vessel, before forming the stable structure or an effective vascular lumen, can be called the undifferentiated microvessel, which is the immature endothelial cell buds without vascular perfusion. In the meanwhile, the tumor vessel with other morphological characteristics called the differentiated microvessel, including the larger mature blood vessels surrounding the surrounding cells and the small perfusion vessels surrounding the surrounding cells.Studies have found that prostate cancer, lung cancer, and renal clear cell carcinoma use different vascular markers of CD31 and CD34 to differentiate the vessels with different characteristics, and to calculate Microvessel density(MVD)of differentiated microvascular and undifferentiated microvascular. The different characteristics of vascular and related pathological parameters and prognosis are different. At present, there is no relevant research in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Part ?:Differentiation of Microvessel density(MVD)in undifferentiated microvessel and differentiated microvessel in cervical squamous cell carcinomaObjective:To investigate the feasibility of using immunohistochemical method of CD31 and CD34 staining in the expression of microvessel density of undifferentiated microvascular and differentiated microvessel in tumor vessels of cervical carcinoma. Methods:immunohistochemistry,Microvessel density and repeated measures.Results:110 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were included, and MVD of CD31 marker was 15.71±4.83,MVD of CD31 marker as 12.45±3.92.Using the method of repeated measurement statistics, the F=1216.4,P<0.01.Conclusion:CD31 and CD34 can identify undifferentiated micro vessel and differentiated microvessel in the staining of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Part ?:Relationship between undifferentiated microvessel and differentiatedmicrovessel and pathological parameters in cervical squamous cell carcinomaObjective:To investigate the relationship between undifferentiated microvessel and differentiated microvessel and pathological parameters in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:Microvessel density, independent sample t test and nonparametric test.Results:(1)In the overall case, the differentiation microvessel density was significantly correlated with lymphatic infiltration(LVSI),and the microvessel density was higher than that of lymphatic duct interstitial infiltration(p=0.020),and the undifferentiated microvessel density was significantly correlated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT)(p=0.03 8),The density of undifferentiated microvessel was higher in patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery.(2)In patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery, there was no significant correlation between differentiation microvascular and undifferentiated microvessel density and Figo staging, histological grading, invasive cervical depth,no involvement of the uterus, absence of intrauterine involvement, lymphatic infiltration of lymph duct, absence of nerve and lymph node metastasis.(3)In patients without neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the differentiation microvessel density was significantly correlated with lymphatic infiltration(LVSI)(p=0.003),and the microvessel density was higher in the lymphatic vessel interstitial infiltration(LVSI).(4)There was no significant correlation between undifferentiated microvessel density and preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy(p=0.060)in locally advanced cervical cancer cases, and undifferentiated microvessel density was not significantly correlated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy(p=0.242).Conclusion:(1)There was no significant correlation between preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy and undifferentiated and differentiated microvessel density in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.(2)In cervical squamous cell carcinoma, lymphatic duct clearance infiltration and differentiation microvessel density were significantly correlated,LVSI-positive patients had smaller differentiation microvessel density than LVSI-negative patients, and no significant correlation with undifferentiated microvessel density.Part ?:The relationship between undifferentiated microvessel anddifferentiated microvessel and clinical prognosis in cervical squamous cellcarcinomaObjective:To investigate the relationship between undifferentiated microvessel MVD and differentiated microvessel MVD and clinical prognosis in cervical squamous cell carcinomaMethods:follow-up,Cox regression statistical method.Results:(1)A total of 110 cases, including 2 cases(1.8%),recurrence in 9 cases(8.1%)and death in 11 cases(10%).The follow-up time was 22.1±11.1 months.MVD(undifferentiated microvessel)and MVD(differentiated microvessel)were not statistically significant in the Cox regression analysis for recurrence(p=0.743,p=0.2.96),and there were no statistically significant differences in mortality(p=0.0.886,p=0.886).(2)No new adjuvant chemotherapy(nact)cases were reported in 77 cases, including 1 cases(1.3%),recurrence in 7 cases(9.1%)and death in 7 cases(9.1%).The follow-up time was 19.0±11.1 months.MVD(undifferentiated microvessel)and MVD(differentiated microvessel)were not statistically significant in the Cox regression analysis for recurrence(p=0.874,p=0.522),and there were no statistically significant differences in mortality(p=0.501,p=0.961).Conclusion:(1)Whether or not neoadjuvant chemotherapy was done, there was no statistically significant difference in the effects of undifferentiated microvessel and differentiated microvessel on the recurrence and death of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
