Threatened Abortion Etiology And Pathogenesis, And Its Prescription Law Literature

Threatened Abortion (TA) is one of the common gynecological diseases,.It not only threatens the women's mental and physical health, even causes a serial family problems, which are dangerous to the society. Therefore, it has positive clinical and social meaning to study on it. As we know, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) not only has unique advantages on preventing and treating TA,but also has got a good clinical effect. TCM is a threasure house that contains a lot of valuable diagnosis and treatment experiences which worth to mine. The paper probe into the etiology and pathogenesis and prescription law of TA with the methods of literature review and mathematics statistics, hoping to provide a useful reference to the later scientific research and clinical medication.The paper mainly contains two parts:1 The documental study on the etiology and pathogenesis of TAThe paper used the method of'discriminating thoughts among different academic schools and probing academic origin', combining with textual research and modern analysis, and gave classified study of all kinds of documents, try to elaborate the etiology and pathogenesis of TA systematically. The results showed that in the aspect of etiology and pathogenesis, not only the pregnant woman factors such as the infection, the endocrine dysfunction, the abnormality of the reproductive organ and the immunologic function, and the fetal factors like the abnormality of fertilized ovum were paid much attention, but the father's factor and the environment are also deserved deep study in the Western medicine; in TCM the reasons that caused fetal upset are also nothing more than the pregnant woman factors and the fetal factors, and the pathogenesis was thought to be the deficiency of Chong Meridian and Ren Meridian which can be caused by the deficiency of kidney, Qi and blood, blood-stasis, blood-heating and so on.2 The study of prescription law2.1 ObjectiveOn the basis of collecting lots of relevant documents, the thesis used the method of mathematics statistics to study the prescription law of TA and to deduce the corresponding theory of etiology and pathogenesis and differentiation treatment, at the same time,to provide more clear prescriptions and herbs for the the later scientific research and clinical medication.2.2 MethodThe thesis searched and collected the related presciptions and medicins which used in internal therapy for TA, by using "Zhong Hua Yi Dian" as the elementary reference, "TaiLou","LouTai","BaoLou"and "TaiDongBuAn" as the main search term, set up data bases, and then analysed the data using frequency analysis and cluster analysis with the software of SPSS 16.0.2.3 ResultsThe thesis totally collected prescriptions more than 230, refering to more than 140 species. The total frequency of the medicines is 1662. The result of frequency analysis showed that ancient doctors always choose replenishing drugs, heat-clearing drugs, invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis drugs, hemostatic, and few relieving exterior syndrome drugs and regulating QI flow drugs. In the characteristic of drugs, warm and bland, sweet, acrid and bitter were the most used kinds. In channel tropism,the drugs collected always entered the liver and spleen meridian, and then the lung, kidney, heart and stomach meridian. The result of the cluster analysis showed that the drugs with high frequencies can be divided into two kinds:the one kind includes eucommia ulmoides oliver, sticky rice, pericarpium citri reticulatae, semen amomi, metropolis, dipsaci radix, loranthus yadoriki, rhizoma zingiberis recens, tuckahoe, radix astragalus, jujube, ophiopogon japonicus, yam, garden burnet root, baked rhizoma zingiberis, perilla frutescens, caulis allii fislulosum, bamboo shavings, os draconis, cyperi rhizoma, radices saussureae, rhizoma zingiberis; the other kind includes ginseng, argy wormwood leaf, scutellaria baicalensis, atractylodes rhizoma, radix rehmanniae, paeonia radix, ligusticum chuanxiong hort, ass-hide glue, liquorice, angelica.2.4 ConclusionThe results of frequency analysis and cluster analysis showed that athenia, blood-heating, blood stasis were the main etiology caused TA. In addition, the emotional factor is also an important reason. And during the therapeutic process, the ancient doctors did not prevent miscarriage and stanch blindly, but treat TA seiously according to syndrome differentiation, and use regulating Qi flow drugs and sedatives and tranquilizers properly, meanwhile, emphasize that liver is important to woman. It means that we should pay attention to regulating the function of liver while treating TA, which also provide a new way for clinical medication.
