Clinical Study Of Kidney And Liver And Kidney Of Decoction For Treatment Of Senile Hyperlipidemia Card

Objective:to analysis the clinical effects and the mechanismof Yishenjiangzhi decoction on patients of Aged People Hyperlipidemia Diagnosed with Hepatic and Renal Yin Deficiency.Methods:60 patients with Aged People Hyperlipidemia Diagnosed with Hepatic and Renal Yin Deficiency divided into 2 groups as treated group with Yishenjiangzhi decoction and controlled group with Xuezhikang Pills for six weeks. Then the changes of blood fat, hemorheology and Chinese medicine symptoms before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:(1) With a total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms of 93.33% in treated group and 56.66% in controlled group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).(2) With a total effective rate to regulate blood lipid of 76.67% in treating group and 79.99% in control group, Yishenjiangzhi decoction showed efficacy to decrease total cholesterol(TC). triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoproteinB(ApoB)(P<0.05) very significantly. In this respect it's lipid-regulating effect can be compared with that of Xuezhikang pills (P>0.05). (3)During treating, there is no side effect to the patients'health in both the treated group and the controlled group. Conclusions:Yishengjiangzhi decoction has very significant efficacy in reducingTC,ApoB,TG. and has a little effect in reducing Lp(a). Yishenjiangzhi decoction has a similar total effect as Xuezhikang pills in regulating blood lipid. The efficacy of Yishenjiangzhi decoction to improve the blood stas is has an advantage over that of Xuezhikang pills.Yishenjiangzhi decoction has good effect in improving the symptom of the patients.And it has good safty during treating hyperlipidemia.
