Clinical Studies Of Medical Ozone Treatment Of Chronic Knee Synovitis (dampness Card)

Objective:To observe the efficacy of medical ozone intra-articular infusion in treating chronic knee synovitis, and explore its mechanism, evaluate its efficacy and adverse reactions systematically and scientifically, thus to provide objective basis for clinical application.Methods:42 cases with chronic knee joint synovitis were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group(treated with medical ozone intra-articular infusion) and control group(treated with Ringer's solution lavage). All the cases in both groups took bed rest and raised their affected limbs, they were also treated with the therapise of extracting knee joint cavity fluid, taking Simiao Wan and magnetic-hyperthermia. Sign and symptom scores on the 16th day and the 31st day, B-ultrasonic volumes and ESR values between pre-treatment and post-treatment were all recorded, and then compared and analysed the data to evaluate its efficacy.Results:Sign and symptom scores on the 16th day and the 31st day increased significantly, while B-ultrasonic volumes and ESR values between pre-treatment and post-treatment decreased obviously, which showed the efficacy in treatment group was superior to that in control group, the difference in the 2 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), however, no adverse reactions happened during the observation.Conclusion:Medical ozone intra-articular infusion is an effective therapy in treating chronic knee synovitis.
