The Clinical Research Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Adding Treating The Knee Joint Chronic Synovitis Patients With Gas Deficiency And Water Retained Syndrome

Objective:To provide clinical basis for treatment of chronic synovitis of knee joint with gas Deficiency and water retained Syndrome by observing the before and after treatment of Patients' knee joint swelling degree,VAS scores and WOMAC score witch taking Buzhong Yiqi Decoction adding.Methods:60 patients which has been confirmed and included in the standard chronic synovitis of knee joint are all comed from No.1 traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Changde city Since June 2015 to January 2017.Randomly divided the patients into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group,Two groups of patients with general data comparable before treatment(P > 0.05).Treatment group taking Buzhong Yiqi Decoction adding,daily 1 agent,points 2 times,control to take diosmin piece,1time 1 Piece,2 times a day,two groups of treatment time is 2 weeks.Told the two groups patients to activity little and raise the limb and contraction the quadriceps In the treatment period.Observing and recording the two groups patients that before and after treatment with knee joint swelling degree,VAS score,WOMAC score changes and adverse reactions.Data calculation software(SPSS19.0)is used to process the data,set P< 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant,results and conclusions.Results: 1?Comprehensive curative effect comparison: the treatment group of 17 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,2 had no effect,the total effective rate93.33%,control group 10 cases were markedly effective,effective in 13,7 had no effect,the total effective rate 76.67%,total effective rate difference between the two groups have statistical significance.2?Compare two sets of main symptoms,swelling in the knee joint to eliminate side,no statistically significant difference of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),comparing the two groups after treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group is superior to the group.3 ? VAS score and WOMAC score comparison: The difference of VAS score and WOMAC score which before the treatment that the two groups is not significant(P>0.05),the difference of VAS score and WOMAC score between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).4?Adverse reactions: two groups of patients in the experiment without adverse reaction.Conclusion: 1?It has curative effect of the two groups of treatment in symptoms such as knee joint Pain and swelling and dysfunction which caused by chronic synovitis of knee joint with gas Deficiency and water retained Syndrome.2 ?The treatment group which oraled the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction adding is better than the control group which oraled the diosmin.3?Oraling Chinese medicine for treating the disease is safe,reliable,less side effects,effectiving and worthying to promote.
