Based On The Mis A Knowledge Mining And Knowledge Sharing

As in the information era,knowledge has become the main economic resource of modern enterprise, and even may be the only resource of competitive advantage. Especially in knowledge-intensive enterprises, knowledge is the basic resource for the effective operation, knowledge management is particularly important.A company is based on hydropower industry, the typical knowledge intensive enterprises,knowledge workers and knowledge are most valuable enterprise resources.The company is in the strategic transition from domestic hydroelectric engineering and technical consulting to international project engineering,procurement and construction.In this condition,A company faces fierce competition from domestic and foreign enterprises.How to use knowledge management,to integrate human resources and business knowledge, strengthen the competitive advantages, and reduce the competitive disadvantages,become an urgent development problem.This paper is examined by the objective situation of A company, accurately understanding the needs of enterprise knowledge management.Then it identifes core knowledge for the professional design knowledge and project management knowledge.Considering both of coding and personalization,it determines the coordinated knowledge management strategy for employees and knowledgement. This paper sets two targets of explicit knowledge mining based on knowledge management information system and tacit knowledge sharing mechanisms.For the explicit knowledge,according to the needs of A company and employees,this paper identifies the object scope of knowledge management,proposes knowledge management model,designs knowledge management information system architecture,explores the methods of knowledge acquisition,consolidation and visualization based knowledge base and knowledge portal.For the tacit knowledge,according to the obstacle for knowledge sharing in A company, it designs guide mechanisms for the formation of knowledge-sharing culture,discusses the knowledge-sharing method of knowledge management and business integration,designs knowledge sharing performance evaluation,and proposes comprehensive measures to promote knowledge sharing.Through this paper, combining with the specific circumstances of A company as a project-oriented knowledge-intensive enterprise, it analyzes the knowledge management needs of enterprise,integrates knowledge management research and practice in China and abroad results, designs the system of explicit knowledge mining and tacit knowledge sharing mechanism, provides a guide of knowledge management practice for A company,and a reference of knowledge management implementation for knowledge-intensive enterprises and project-oriented organization.
