In recent years,the development of real estate industry is very rapid in China, and it also plays an important role to our country's economy. Because of it, real estate industry becomes the pillar industry in our national economy system. The other positive significance is promoting the economy to develop well and fast and maintaining social stability. Our government has been taking a lot of measures to ensure real estate enterprises healthy and rapid development, such as supporting policies, financial support, land supply and so on. As our economy grows fast, some problems arise. Our real estate enterprises are facing a more competitive market environment and more changeable external environment. The Chinese government is releasing policies on controlling high housing prices. All these will enlarge the financial risks of real estate business. How to make the real estate business adapt to economic growth and how to design for sustainable development on their own is big problem in financial risk management. This paper attempts to use quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to address this issue. From the real estate business's realities and developments to start, based on the theories and the results, this paper has described the main content of the financial risk management, and then makes use of the data and information of the business's financial report. Finally, the level of the financial risks and indicators are revealed. In the end certain countermeasures and suggestions are made from the causes. Specific programs and measures will be implemented in funding cycle which contains raising funds, delivery, daily use and income distribution.
