Ecological Price

Currently, ecological market is immature enough, and is in the wake of determination methods and standards. The forest ecological value mainly based on government subsidies, its price is more onefold, and the amount of subsidies are far below the price. Basing the total cost theory of forest ecological value, it will be very great in China at present, we still cannot achieve at the level of economy.In order to obtain reasonable price, this paper uses the ecological fair and equitable value measurement model. With prices theory for supporting, through the analysis of the theory of general commodity prices, get the model of the value and price differences and relation. Also can choose the marketization of forest ecological resources, and analyzes the influence factors of forest ecological price, in order to realize the reasonable price for ecological practice guidance.Through the analysis of the ecological value, with the example of XuGou forest ecological value measure and influence factors, the results show that the carbon and water ecological value of the total occupying 98%. Based on the two main factors of market price analysis, measure the highest and lowest price, the price of the appropriate analogy to calculate the fair prices. Fair price determination not to arouse the enthusiasm of farmers, but also conforms to China's economic development level. Based on the measurement of forest ecological prices also analyses the quality and the price of the ecological relationship and ecological factors influencing ecological price. With the same general commodity price of ecology, influenced by the market supply and demand relation, relation between supply and demand of carbon markets will greatly influence the price of forest ecosystem. In addition, the ecological quality and price, the serious influence of forest ecological types will directly influence the fixing carbon and oxygen and water conservation value. Therefore, ecological price is not only helpful for sustainable development, will promote the ecological quality improvement.
