In the interests' game era, oil companies deal with stakeholders and made some achievements, but a lot of the conflict of interest still exists. For the resources location, the surrounding environment would be polluted, the resident life would be affected, and the developing mode of the local economic would be changed. For the central government, the affection is each other's political and economic interests can not balance. For community, various social responsibilities would impact corporate social image. For the enterprise, the internal interests imbalanced, and the external interests exist cooperation and competition, and other problems. From the vision of the interest theory of Marxism, didn't handle the interests which is the social relations well is the root of interest conflicts in oil companies. And caused various contradictions in the interests of the subject, object, and between subject and object.
