Interests Of The Double-edged Sword

Since China introduced reform and opening policies, it has made headway both in the scale and fields of utilizing foreign funds. China after gaining the entry into WTO will further open its market to the outside world as it has committed itself. As a result, the pouring of foreign funds into China is bound to make a strong impact on China's social interests. We should therefore spare no time to take countermeasures so as to protect and maintain the social interests.In addition to the profile and summarization, this thesis is divided into three articles and nine chapters total.The first article is from the first to third chapter, and makes an analysis of the effect on China's economic interests in the process of utilizing foreign funds.The first chapter defines and classifies the economic interests related to foreign funds, then analyzes the interest realization mechanism in introducing foreign funds, and reviews the predecessors' research on economic interests. The second chapter makes an empirical analysis of the positive and negative aspects on economic interests when introducing foreign funds from the point of macro and micro economic interests. The third chapter generalizes the harmony and conflict between foreign funds and China government in different economic fields, and then makes the suggestions.The second article is from the fourth to sixth chapter, and makes an analysis of the effect on China's political interests. The fourth chapter reviews the predecessors' research on political interests while introducing foreign funds. The fifth chapter presents the changes of China's political interests in the history, then analyzes the positive and negative aspects on political interests when introducing foreign funds. Based on the fifth chapter, chapter six sets forth some strategic countermeasures to protect and maintain state political interests in the process of utilizing foreign funds.The third article is from the seventh to ninth chapter, and makes an analysis of the effect on China's cultural interests made by Foreign Funds. The seventh chapter reviews the predecessors' research on cultural interests while introducing Foreign Funds. The eighth chapter makes an empirical analysis on cultural interests when introducing Foreign Funds. The ninth chapter puts forward the suggestions on maintaining our cultural interests.This thesis has the following innovative points: First, it makes a thorough analysis of the connection of Foreign Funds and Social Interest proceeding from state economic interests, political interests and cultural interests. Second, it makes a comparative analysis of the positive and negative aspects on economic interests, political interests and cultural interests, and then draws conclusions. Lastly, it makes a series of suggestions on protecting China's economic interests, political interests and cultural interests while introducing Foreign Funds.To research Foreign Funds and Social Interest is a hard job and my ability is limited, there must be some limitations in this thesis.â… should study deeper for these fields and gain more achievements.
