Suburban Farmhouse Tourist Satisfaction Assessment Research

With the rapid development of economy, the acceleration of urbanization, more and more urban residents are longing for the rural nature for enjoying the harmonious and peaceful. In this kind of environment, Nongjiale developed around the country, and now is in the rapid process of development and prosperity. Prosperity is accompanied by fierce competition. To keep the tourist is becoming the most important thing. Tourist satisfaction is a key indicator of the competitiveness. So the study has very important significance. Although there are a lot of research on measurement of tourist satisfaction, but for suburban Nongjiale tourist satisfaction measurement research is a little. Based on this, it is necessary to make research on suburban Nongjiale tourist satisfaction.This paper firstly reviewed customer satisfaction, tourist satisfaction, Nongjiale tourist satisfaction and the related theory. Secondly, based on the analysis of the influence factor of suburban Nongjiale tourist satisfaction, the paper constructed suburban tourist satisfaction assessment index system which contained food, housing, transportation, travel, amusement and services. And determine the weight of each factor by using the improved analytic hierarchy process combined questionnaire, using secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate index system. Finally, puts forward countermeasures to improve tourist satisfaction, it is hoped to have directive significance for promoting suburban Nongjiale development.
