21st century competition are talented person's competition, the human resources become the one of the important attributes that enterprise obtains success.. With China joins WTO and the investment environment improving day by day , more and more foreign capital multinational company sets up the subsidiary company and branch office to launch business in China, they need smart people urgently. How attracts the outstanding people and maintains staff's stability to become the important work of human resources department in compensation management field. The highly effective enterprise compensation system can motivate and promote staff's work behavior, the manner and the efficiency. The compensation design should coordinate with company's management strategy and the cultural characteristic to be able to achieve the anticipated effect, otherwise will hinder the development of company.HY Corporation is a the multinational corporation the subsidiary company which set up in Shenzhen and engaged in the third party logistics service specially. The company established in 1997, passed through the development of 12 years, it becomes a famous third party logistics service company from representative office to company. The number of staffs up to 200 or so. The scale and strength is No.1 in Shenzhen and even in South China. Along with the company expansion as well as the developmental strategy renewal adjustment, the old human resources management pattern can not satisfy the company's need particular in the strategic management area. The sales compensation management and motivation plan of the company also pauses the level of ten years ago ,so that the achievement of sales department is unable to obtain the promotion, the morale of sales team is down, the corporate management reform current compensation mode extremely urgent.This article utilize the knowledge of human resources management, compensation management, and achievement management and so on , apply the questionnaire survey and the personnel interview, pays attention to join up the theory and fact when design the project. Firstly, introduced correlation theories of the compensation design to find the theory support for the HY Corporation compensation system optimized design. Secondly, introduce and analysis the old compensation system of HY company to discover a series of questions such as internal salary fairness ,the existing compensation system insufficient, compensation motivation void and compensation distribution unscientific, then the union company actual situation, improve the present compensation structure. Finally, make self-criticism and the summary to the advantage and disadvantage of new plan.Through to the compensation system analysis and optimized design of HY company, not only provided the reference to the management in the following compensation reforming work, also supply the suggestion to other similar enterprises in the compensation design aspect.
