With the increasing development of the Chinese economy,the gradual enhancement of national income and the living standard,and gradual promotion of people's purchasingpower,the need of people's housing will steadily increase,in addition,investment and the speculation demand causes the estate market prosperous.But according to the trade development regulation and the estate cycle theory,thel estate trade also will face on is a series of peaks and troughs so that require the adjustment. So the estate must have market sale competitive ability to meet the estate requirement in the development of different stage.Therefore it is important to construct the sales personnel's compensation system.This article will confer the core competitive ability of the sale-estate and the effective way for detains talent,through the compensation system design of the sale personnel from the Beijing HuaMei estate company,in order to maintain the trade superiority and promote the health development.This article asks the questions depending on the question guidance,.based on the present compensation system theory of the sales personnel and the comparison to HuaMei estate company's actual situation.And the HuaMei estate company is analysised by the management study,the organization behavior study,strategic,the human resources development and the management theory from the MBA.And through the analysis the HuaMei company present sale personnel compensation system,and the compare to the overall compensation data from the Beijing estate,and carding and design sales personnel compensation system in the Beijing HuaMei estate company,and construct the competitive compensation system..This article will demonstrate that sales personnel is a key to realize business value of the Beijing HuaMei estate company,and whether the management of sales personnel is effective,will decide enterprise's profit ability and the future,and be a key to the enterprise survives and increasing development in the intense competitional market.
