Abstract/Summary:
Aircraft development projects are systems engineering which are full of complexity and high-innovation. Successful aircraft development can bring great economic & society benefit to the projects. They can cause huge expense if they fail. And aircraft development project is the most important goals, so schedule risk analysis and control are very important for aircraft research projects. Nowadays, qualitative analysis method is basically used in aviation research projects. But quantitative analysis methods are necessary to supply qualitative analysis in order to supervise actual project risk.Firstly, risk management technology, statistical analysis methods for cases of aircraft development projects, risk factor analysis of aircraft development project and system engineering ideology are used to establish evaluating model of aircraft research project. Then, using WBS, FMEA and plan technologies analyzes schedule risk of aircraft development project in configuration and validation process. The result of risk taxis are used to explain the actual condition. The method can be used for risk analysis of cost and quality. And then, by the basis of risk analysis of cases of aircraft development project, risk alarm signals are set in risk controlling system. It is easy to be used to find, control and avoid project risk by manager.Risk analysis and risk control methods mentioned above make risk management more actual and easier for aircraft development projects, and bring less cost to the projects. It is also useful for risk management of aviation research projects and other high technology projects.
