So this paper researched the energy saving reformation of waste heat recovery in cotton mill, Jin Mao Textile Co., Ltd., for example, in order to give reference to energy saving and emission reduction of textile industry.This project convey the hot exhaust from the Spinning workshop to the Pre-spinning workshop for heating through the post-reformation air duct during the winter on the basis of without changing the original production process. In the design, Change the commonly used methods, broke the space and. traditional air system between work-shop and process which has its each air system. Connection the whole Pre-spinning workshop and Spinning workshop air system together. After the heat convey into workshop, obviously improve the temperature of the Pre-spinning workshop low temperature season. This reformation fulfilled the waste heat recovery and utilization. And also create good economic and environmental benefits.
