As time goes on, the reform of monetary system is deeper and deeper, and financial market at home and broad is more and more acute. The commercial banks must expand business line,and supply much better kinds of service and financial products.As a conventional intermediary service,RMB settlement for corporate customers is focused on the commercial banks.However, in years of practice, the business of RMB settlement for corporate customers is always being high cost, low-level management,old products,low-level service,which is obviously differ with the aim of the commercial banks.Thus, it is much more important to develop the management and the service,and to update the products, and to make the business change the high cost,low-level management to low cost,high-level management..The paper translates the mean of the price of RMB settlement for corporate customers at the first,and then analyzes the problems in it,and gives some suggestion to optimize it at last.The paper expound how to optimize the management of RMB settlement for corporate customers.Chapter one introduces the means of the price of RMB settlement for corporate customers in commercial banks, expounding in detail of the stage,cost factor,meaning and value of it.At the same time chapter one gives an example to explain.Chapter two points out the problems of the management of the price of RMB settlement for corporate customers and point out the factor prevent to increase the income,which includes very little acounts, low standards of charges,lack of reasonable price mechanism,having no differential service and price, appendant for expand other business, serious income lose, low-level service of sales department, discontented of customers,sales department lack of customer analysis ability and marketing ability,lack of assessment criteria,old products, not blaze new trails as customers' requirement. Then,the paper analyze the reasons by the national policies and regulations,market environment,the commercial bank and customers.Chapter three pionts out the methods to optimize the management of price of RMB settlement for corporate customers,including reasonable pricing system,attention to the marketing,developing the management,focusing on the customers' subsection,which develops new products and marketing, and makes the transition of sales department,and develops the service and the creation.The research of the price of RMB settlement for corporate customers is useful to the income of commercial bank.The author is doing this work now,so he can find the problems of restraining factors of it by banding together the real work,giving some suggestions, maximizing the income of it,making sure the cost less than the income, providing the scientific standard.It may give decisive support of the commercial banks.And,the author hopes that these problems could be helpful to the sustainable development of RMB settlement for corporate customers.
