Individual agent system of life insurance was introduced in Shanghai in 1992 by the American allied country insurance company.After 17 years,the life insurance agent battalion of the whole country has already enlarged more than 2.7million people. Marketing system of life insurance provides great vitality and creativity the whole area of the insurance industry, especially life insurance, promoting the rapid development of The individual life insurance business. Personal agent channel has become the preferred sales channels and core competitiveness in the life insurance, particularly in life insurance companies. Personal life insurance agent operating income has also become an important source of corporate profits. The insurance agent set credit in the author's personal development in the initial stage of the insurance industry in 17 years. However, with the development of the industry and the environment changes, some negative factors are gradually exposed in marketing system,and become a hot issue affecting the industry, to develop in a health and sustainable manner. In June 2009, China Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the "Regulations on reforming and perfecting the mechanism of the insurance marketing system views (draft)",which was about how to straighten the. insurance companies insurance marketing, member of the relationship between employment,and make insurance marketing system to achieve a smooth transition issues solicited views of the industry. From the ecological environment of China's insurance industry now, and the experience of developed countries, in order to maintain the sustainable development of the insurance industry's the depth and breadth, personal agent channels remain vitality of the soil and room to survive. As a branch of the GS Life Insurance Company in Chengdu, it has accumulated a certain amount of capital, and has a mature individual agent team after over 10 years. At present, if you want to maintain the competitive advantage, neither ignoring. the personal agent of channels exposed problem,nor simply giving up, you should analyses the current insurance environment for development, strengthen the business strategies of individual agents of channel adjustment, and consolidate, and optimize the channel's core resources, with the actual work, from the, produing,development of the life insurance industry personal agent system, analyses deeply the marketing system for insurance agents, life insurance industry contribution to the development and existing problems and causes, from three interests of customer markets, insurance companies, agents,on based of life insurance branch in Chengdu, use 4P theory to analyse and discuss the existing channels of individual agents, and identify problems, analyze them, make the final recommendations to problems. The topic is realistic and it it of certainly theoretical and practical significance. Research results can be directly applied to practice.
