| From the 1990's to the beginning of this century, Six Sigma Management is carried on various well-known enterprises in the world. The concept of Six Sigma Management originates in Motorola, and carries forward in the General Electric Corporation (GE for short). Jake Welch, the CEO of GE, has promoted Six Sigma from an improving method of quality on statistics to a strategic management of making core competitiveness for companies.The application between Six Sigma Management and Human Resources Management was first applied in GE. It helps GE to enhance the quality of Human Resources Management. At present, Six Sigma Management in China just applies in the manufacture and service industry and there is little research about its application on Human Resources Management. Therefore the research of this paper will provide important references for Chinese enterprises.Firstly, this paper will introduce the related background of this topic, the research at home and abroad, as well as the brief introductions of Six Sigma Management and Human Resources Management. Then it will use the method and tools, such as the brain storm, the KANO model, the cause and effect diagram, the Minitab in Six Sigma Management to analyze the program and will combine statistical knowledge of Chi-square Goodness-of-Fit Test, Design of Experiment to analyze why the rate of staffs' loss increases in some network enterprises, and improve it. Finally, it will give the deficiency in my paper and the prospects for the research of this topic.The characteristic of this paper is to quantificationally analyze the influential factors and the change of proportion to the achievements of trains system. Then it makes the optimal plan, in order to reduce the uncertain factors and assist HR Manager to make plans or decisions, enhancing the accuracy of policy-making.The application of Six Sigma Management is started from Motorola to GE, then covers all over the world. It has involved in many industries, from the electronic industry which it started in, to the manufacture, industry, metallurgy industry, aviation and even bank, insurance, and so on. It has established the solid foundations on management and leadership for the enterprises to compete invincibly in the global world. |
