With the economy globalization development rapidly and China market openness to the outside wider and deeper, the investment of international corporation directly to China is increasing with a short period .More and more multinational companies from the world are competing intensely to gain more market share .Localization strategy for the multinational companies is one of key and necessary strategy among their global development. It is the main stream for those multinational corporation .The competition in 21 century is the talents .Talents localization is the core and basis for other localization, such as manufacturing localization, design localization , etc.LK is one of multinational company, and it is pushing the talents localization hard and in speed.The thesis is focus on the main subjects how LK company develop the talent localization in China under the background of economy globalization, with the integration study of strategy theory, culture management theory, corporation management theory etc. Through data, facts and personal experience in LK, I had a overall study for LK's talent localization in China.There are five chapters in the thesis. Firstly, It introduce the LK China general strategy and HR strategy with the critical situation of global economy,then explain and analyse the connection among China general stratedy, HR stratedy and talent localization strategy.Secondly ,It states and explain the reasons why LK will push talent localization in China .Thirdly, It explore the localization step by step from the overall sides. It focus on LK's operation model, HR policy and its function for localization, and LK's localization strategy under current economy crisis during the process of localization. Questionnaire was used to identify the main problems which LK is facing during the talent localization process. Based on the investigation result ,two major issues were found .One is low sense of accomplishment ,and another is imperfect work process .In order to find the root cause for those issues,hiberarchy method was used. Based on the analysis result ,the improvement plan is generated.There are developing the leadership skill for local management, better control on culture conflict management and ccreate positive and harmonious corporation culture.In summary, the thesis summarized the positive and negative impact from LK's talent localization,and bring out some suggestion for Chinese company when they invest in overseas.
