.3 G Wireless Network Project Schedule And Cost Management

This paper studied how to control Guang'an branch of China Unicom 3G wireless network construction project progress and cost control. The first ,I expounded on the importance of telecommunications operators to develop 3G, in particular, highlights the pace of 3G network construction will directly affect our business, the last I introduced the use of project management in Guang'an branch of China Unicom 3G wireless network projects. Appear in the process of project management leaded to progress and costs related problem, and analyzed the causes on the 3G wireless network construction project and the process control, especially I described project progress, cost control's methods and technical means.Based on a practical project as an example, not only on the communication network project management to describe the overall process, including pre-start project management, project's plan management and program management. Also elaborated on the use of this project to include the progress of the control critical path method, PERT technology and cost control in the earned value method for project management of such a theoretical system, through a subsidiary of China Unicom's 3G wireless networks Guang'an project, I illustrated how to use the above method on the progress and cost effective control and analyzed the causes and proposed solutions. To achieve progress in solving the project cost management and practical issues, to promote the project in an orderly manner, and achieve the appropriate management of the project objectives.
