Therefore, to probe the dynamic character of the innovation of the firm, we should build a scientific dynamic system model first, and next, proceed the simulate research. It is reasonable and necessary to observe and analyze firms in all kinds of related systems.From the view of system, the innovation system of firm, which includes inputs, outputs and related mechanisms, also includes innovations achievement and the benefits of innovation. The innovation of firm is affected by changes of the belonging industry and market. On the other hand, how to distribute resources in pushing factors to obtain survival and sustainable growth is the main problem of management. The affecting factors of the innovation of firm are complex, and we could analyze the innovation of firm from the system of key conditions indexes and affecting indexes. For the uncertainty of the surroundings and changing of the firm's conditions, the motives of the innovation of the firm change continuously, therefore, it is necessary to research the critical control point of innovation capacity.By combining with specific business case, we analyzed the technology innovation system of the Hisense group and the problems faced by Hisense innovation, established the casual loop diagram and flow structures of innovation capacity of the Hisense group. By simulating the model, the result visually demonstrated the relationship between the critical control points and innovation efficiency in the process of innovation. Furthermore, several policies to improve the capacity are suggested to improve the technical innovation capacity of Hisense, such as Increase the utilization of R&D, develop effective cost control strategies, increase the income of policy, familiar with intellectual property and improve the level of the product. |
