Shenyang Economic Zone Base Construction Of A New Industry Study

April 2010, the government has approved Shenyang Economic Region to be a New Industrialization reform experimental area. Expected by 2020, Shenyang economic zone to accomplishing regional economic integration, the comprehensive strength of reach the level of moderately developed countries in northeast China, become the important economic centre.However, it is a systematic and ongoing evolutionary process to build a new industrial base in Shenyang Economic Region, which can draw on from domestic and international experience? What kind of problems and challenges should take in Shenyang Economic Region development of new industrial base? How to build a new industrial base? This thesis tries to answer these questions.This thesis starts from the concept of domestic and overseas about the industrial base construction, and analyzes the relevant experience and problems that exist in domestic and overseas regions. The thesis also analyzes the opportunities and challenges to build new industrial base of the Shenyang Economic Region. The thesis proposes the target task of the new construction in Shenyang Economic Region. Meanwhile, the tactics for industrial base construction should start from the regional economic integration, innovation system, mechanism cultivation, industrial policy and industry clusters building.
