China's auto-mobile industry plays a important role in the rapid development of economy from unitary to multiple situation. Light commercial vehicles are always having a high growth rate that the sales in 2009 were over 1.55million. All of the auto-mobile manufacturers will compete intensely for a leading position in the auto-mobile market.Dongfeng light commercial car is having a comparatively leading situation (ranking second)in the industry for many years.For the intense competition, the big change of the industry policy and the change of light commercial vehicles industry, Dongfeng light commercial cars are gradually weakened while the competitors are becoming more and more stronger. The sales volume is increasing but it's still under the average standard.It's quite tough to keep the second place in the industry when the market share is declining. In this case, we should have a thorough study and analysis for the market capabilities of Dongfeng light commercial cars. It is possible to keep its leading role by continuous growth of sales (over the average standard) and an excellent marker strategy.Firstly, this article describes and analyzes the light commercial vehicle market conditions. Secondly, the paper studies and analyzes the light commercial vehicle competitive position in the market. It identifies deficiencies through comparing with the capacity of strong industry brand marketing channels, and the design which ensure policy implementation effect of sales channels operating system.The strategy for increase the capacity building sales channels include the following three parts:First, the strategy to enhance market share;Second, the strategy to improve sales;Third, the strategy to improve dealers operating capacity.Through the strategic planning for enhancing the channel capacity about light commercial vehicle, we can organize the implementation of effective actions to constantly improve light commercial vehicle market competitiveness and ensure market leadership to make the paper on light commercial vehicle marketing management with some reference.
