The rapid development of globalization promotes the process of tourism globalization, China must integrate into the world tourism with all fronts coming close to the international tourism if she wants to become a tourist power. It depends on talents whether the tourism develops or not, as the main channel of training senior personnel, tourism higher education shoulder the major responsibility for the tourism. With the tourism developing towards the direction of international increasingly, the requirements of talent quality for the industry have been correspondingly changed , tourism higher education should conform to the trend, training talents on-demand, that is tourism higher education of our country must also be done with international standards in every aspects, so as to cultivate international tourism talents meeting the requirements of international tourist industry , to speed up the process of tourism globalization of our country.Due to a late start, the degree of specialization of Tourism Higher Education in China is still relatively low. There have shown a certain degree of lag in all areas, compared with developed countries', there is still a large gap between, embodied in the training objectives, curriculum, educational model, teaching staff and the training of students'sense of professional ethics and other five areas. Tourism Higher Education in China must follow the road of international development, so as to adapt to the needs of the development of tourism globalization in China.This article is in the context of globalization, discussing the characteristics of globalization tourism, the development trends of world tourism and its new demands on the quality for talents, and analyzes the problems in tourism higher education of China by comparing tourism higher education in foreign tourism with China's. Full-text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly including the background and significance of the topic, literature review, research ideas and research methods. The second part describes the impact of globalization on the tourism industry and what kind of change will it bring to tourism higher education, and the impact. The third part mainly analyzes the history of tourism higher education in foreign countries, and the status of tourism higher education in several tipical countries including the United States, Australia, Switzerland and Japan, from which we can draw a few points for experience to refer. Part IV focuses on the development history and current situation of tourism higher education in China, analyzing the effort and the problems in the development process by comparing tourism higher education in overseas with China's. Part V proposes several countermeasures and suggestions on how tourism higher education in China can integrate into internationalization, against the existing problems of China's tourism higher education.
