Micro-mechanism Of The Regional Innovation System Research

The globalization, accompanied by knowledge economy and informationization, on the one hand greatly promoted the world's developments of economy and society, on the other hand made national and regional development to meet new and difficult challenges. Establishment and improvement of the regional innovation system can foster regional core competitiveness, and has a great impetus on upgrading of regional industrial structure, regional, interregional economic coordinated development and enhancement of comprehensive national strength. In this context, the deepening research of the regional innovation system is of great practical significance.For the shortage of existing literatures on the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism, this article started a micro perspective of the issue, the study should include:(1) Based on the micro perspective, analyzes the micro-mechanism of the regional innovation system formation, and abstractly summarize the general mechanism. (2) Building the analytical framework for regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism, including the two important aspects:dialysis the operational mechanism of the regional innovation system's microscopic mechanism, and build the theoretical model of the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism; explore the implementation model of the regional innovation system's microscopic mechanism, especially the cooperation among Industry-Education-Research. (3)Statistical analysis and evaluate the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism in china. (4)Combining of theoretical research and statistical analysis, give supporting systems of the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism, and the strategies to achieve the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism.Abstract generalization and deductive analysis were used to study the content, nature, characteristics and the best implementation model of the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism. Statistical analysis is also used in this article.The conclusions can be summarized as follows:(1) College is the mainstay of knowledge innovation, research institution is the mainstay of technological innovation and enterprise is the mainstay of technological innovation and industrial innovation. With the function of innovation dynamic mechanism, interactive learning mechanism, competition and cooperation mechanism, policy supplying mechanism, financial support mechanism, high-tech service mechanism, the three types of innovation constitute the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism.(2)The cooperation among Industry-Education-Research is the best implementation model of the regional innovation system's microscopic mechanism.(3)In China, some success in construction of the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism were achieved, but there are also some problem, such as build innovation subjects, enhance enterprises'innovative capability, construct innovation network and innovative service mechanism.(4) In the theory and practice, there are supporting systems of the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism, and the strategies to achieve the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism.The article made a new attempt in the theoretical analysis, and the innovation may as follows:(1) Combining enterprise, the center of innovation, with college, research institutions, government and intermediary organization, study the regional innovation system's implementation mechanism from micro perspective, which breakthrough the limitation that the existing literatures researched the regional innovation system only in macro aspect and policy aspect. (2)Knowledge innovation, technological innovation and industrial innovation were associated tightly with inside and outside innovative mechanisms, which organically connected three important innovations, containing different subjects and at different levels, thus comprehensively reflect the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism.(3)Using important theoretical tools in innovation economics, regional economics, industrial economics and institutional economics, unify multiple perspective in the analysis of the regional innovation system's microscopic implementation mechanism, providing a comprehensive and in-depth theoretical analysis framework.
