With the rapid development of China's national economy, China's telecommunication market finalized China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom three communication carriers. The ultimate goal of telecommunication restructuring is "to support the establishment of three with a national network resources, strength and size are relatively close, with full service management capabilities and strong competition in the market competitiveness of the main body", in 2009, in the wake of 3G service licenses, our domestic market has entered the 3G era. In recent years the development of the communications industry Yongzhou achieved unprecedented success, customer growth is very rapid. Competition between the three major telecommunication operators is the focus of competition for resources from the network services to competitive differentiation changes.3G service has been integrated business telecommunications market, now even the future of the decisive elements of the marketing mix. In this situation, the Yongzhou Unicom only takes and uses scientific and reasonable marketing 3G services to market in fierce competition to survive and developing. this paper, on the basis of a lot of statistical information collected, in-depth invests Yongzhou Unicom's 3G market competition environment, opportunities, challenges and status of such sales conducted. and analyses on launching 3G services marketing business' necessity, the advantages and disadvantages; creates the general idea of Yongzhou Unicom 3G services marketing; proposes Yongzhou Unicom 3G market' target market and marketing tactics of market services;combines the impacts of marketing for the characteristics of the different positioning of the four customers' segments:the students, fashion youths, high-end large customers and the Group units, developing the corresponding marketing strategy from brand building, product mix, price design, channel design, the visible display, process control and proposing security system service marketing program.
