| Globalization of the economy led to increasingly intense competition among enterprises, many scholars began to look toward salary management, and hope that through strategic compensation management to help businesses gain a competitive advantage and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Shaanxi Province, as a big province education, science and technology province, high-tech enterprises in Shaanxi's economic development has gradually become an important growth point. Many high-tech enterprises are young but growing rapidly, and obviously feel that the rapid development of poor management, especially for compensation management. There are a few companies can take it up to the strategic level, which have seriously baffle the company from developing. Compensation management of a high-tech enterprise in Shaanxi Province is studied in this paper. On the base of discourse upon compensation management,strategic compensation management and the theory of competitive advantage, a competitive advantage based on strategic compensation management system model is built, by the mechanism between the strategic management and competitive advantage. The problems of compensation management in the current high-tech enterprises in Shaanxi are resolved by the system model, and accelerate the enterprises to consider the method of compensation management, farther more, realizing the purpose of supporting strategic aim by the strategy compensation management. Finally, this paper makes a empirical research, analyzes the actual compensation management problems in a high-tech enterprise and make the appropriate diagnosis, builds a strategic compensation management system, demonstrates the feasible of building a strategic compensation management systems in the practice and the practical research significance.The conclusion of this paper has definite value for the compensation management of high-tech enterprises in Shaanxi Province from traditional to strategic. |
