Analysis Of Rural Residential Land - Use Change And Its Driving Force

Rural residential land is the carrier of farmers to live. The development of the rural economy makes farmers to build better house to improve the living conditions. Farmers take up a lot of land to build house, rural residential land increased, cultivated land resource declining, food production is threaten. The rural residential areas increase and occupy cultivated land phenomenon is more and more serious, has attracted many scholars' attention to the rural residential areas, and researched on the change of land use, but these studies are mainly concentrated in the economic development city, these city has experienced rapid expansion for rural residential areas. But the study on these cites which economic development level is low is less. These cities are in the stage of slow development and the land in the rural residential areas in the rapidly expanding. Study on these cities can find driving factors of its changes, and take effective measures to prevent the rural residential areas occupying cultivated land resource, alleviate land conflicts.This paper selected Shangluo as the research area, analyze the change of rural residential land use from 1999 to 2007, the driving forces of the changes, the prediction of future, and some conclusions have been gotten.The rural residential land per capita of Shangluo in 2007 is 135.24 square meters per person. It Correspond the national formulate which stipulate that the construction land per capita in northern rural areas can not exceed 150 square meters. But in all counties, the rural residential land per capita of Shangzhou and Luonan County exceed this provision.From 1999 to 2007, the rural housing land in Shangluo is increasing year by year in addition to reduction in 2004.Compared with 1999, the rural residential land in Shangnan and Shanyang had reduced in 2007, and the remaining county area of rural residential land had increased.Shangzou, luonan, shanyang'Relative changes in land use area percentage is more than others', which is Dominant in the city.Shangluo rural residential land use change driving forces in 1999 to 2007 Shangluo changes in rural economic development in rural areas, rural population change and change in rural households. Because of these factors, rural residential land in Shangluo has changed.Analysis obtained by predicting the future of rural residential land Shangluo first and then will decline in the increase of rural residential land will be occupied more land resources, under the rural residential land use change proposals to improve the driving factors social security system, improve the level of urbanization, strengthen rural land management and land consolidation work carried out to curb the increasing encroachment of rural residential land, and sorted out through land consolidation work more effectively in land resources.
