Economic Evaluation Based On The Cost-effectiveness Of Green Building Energy Efficiency Measures

As the idea of sustainable development becomes more and more popular in building industry, green building is getting increasing attention. In the present market economy, economic factor is the key to the promotion of green building In most cases, building developers only notice the increase of costs brought by green building instead of its great eco-environmental benefits Therefore, it is necessary to make a research of green building in terms of its benefits in technology, economy and cost.At present, despite the great amounts of related studies home and abroad, our country, in particular, is weak in aspects like the application of the concept of full life-cycle and the energy-saving measures in building based on cost-benefit analysis. Especially, we need to make a further study of the quantization of eco-environmental benefits.With regard to such issues, this research work starts from the concept of green building. It will analyze the characteristics of green building and explore the situation of green building research home and abroad through consulting documents, thus making people have a more scientific understanding of the concept of green building with its theoretical distinctions from common building. Then, it will illustrate the basic theories of energy-saving evaluation in green building, including full life cycle assessment, technical and economic evaluation and cost-benefit analysis. In addition, software DeST-h will be applied to simulate building energy. Last, in terms of economy, it will use the case of Ganzhou as an example to make quantitative analysis of costs and benefits by way of benefit analysis and monetize the benefits of green building, using dynamic energy-saving payback period as the index of energy–saving. From the results of case analysis, it can be concluded that energy-saving measures of green building can attain both economic and social benefits. Therefore, this research work plays a positive role in the promotion of green building in our country.
