Studies In Human Capital Investment Problem Based On New Rural Building

Farmers is the main body of the new rural building, the new rural building requires the broad masses of peasants bring enthusiasm and creativity into full play. Educated, skilled, operated farmers are lack in building a new countryside. Therefore, transporting intellectual support and culturing talent, is our current important mission. At present, the rural talent issue is a bottleneck problem of building a new countryside. Investment in human capital in rural areas has been the key to improve rural human capital level and drive the new rural building. Therefore, increase investment in human capital in rural areas, do everything possible to nurture talent and introduce rural talent.In this paper, the new rural building as the setting, investment in human capital in rural areas as the research object, based on recognizing the need for new countryside construction of many different kinds of people, analyse the current status of human capital in rural areas and rural investment in human capital issues that exist in a profound analysis, and the corresponding countermeasures and proposals. The rural human capital investment strategies are advocating increasing investment, improving rural education, the transfer of rural surplus labor force, the development of talent, system construction, investment labor pluralistic in six aspects,to integrated development, improve the quality of Chinese farmers, and promote the building of new countryside.
