The Research Of Rural Human Capital Investment And Rural Economic Development In Inner Mongolia

Influence a country or a region's economic growth factors including technology,capital and management.Among them,the capital can be divided into two categories,human capital and material capital.And,the status of human capital in economic development more and more high,gradually become the important factor to promote the development of national or regional economy.The Inner Mongolia autonomous region in western China,the development of the countryside is more backward,coupled with the sparsely populated,the lack of human resources in Inner Mongolia,therefore,to strengthen the human capital investment in rural areas is particularly important.In this paper,the rural areas of Inner Mongolia as the main research object,using the human capital investment and the new economic growth and other related theory and quantitative analysis method,studies the rural government human capital investment and economic growth.Main research content of this article are as follows: first of all,on the basis of relevant research results at home and abroad for reference,this paper expounds the related theory,human capital investment theory basis for the next study.Secondly,the article USES the method of comparative analysis of the economic development in rural areas and the government of Inner Mongolia is a descriptive analysis of human capital investment,found tilted far more heavily toward higher education in Inner Mongolia government education investment,insufficient government rural education funds investment and the gap between the city is bigger,the rural preschool education development lag behind,rural health investment is backward in the country,needs to be strengthened.Then,by using the methods of linear regression model and time series model in rural areas the government human capital investment and economic growth has carried on the empirical analysis,the results show that the combination of regression analysis and time series analysis,the result of the government for rural residents can know the education investment and health care investment indeed different degrees of influence on rural output.Among them,the remarkable positive influence on rural output indicators have rural pre-school education investment,higher education investment and the township and village health hospital beds per thousand population and per capita rural society the lowest life guarantee work-related accidents;And the increase of new farming and the beneficiary,the increase of the number of the township health centers on the current rural output would have a negative impact;The increase of rural junior high school education funds will reduce rural output in the short term,but through the cointegration analysis shows that in the long term the countryside junior middle school education funding increase 1 unit,will bring the rural output increased 0.3547 units.Finally,policy Suggestions.This article from the migration of education investment and health investment,training investment from three aspects,put forward the policy Suggestions,including the key to strengthen the construction of rural pre-school education and funds input,strengthen rural teachers team construction and the construction of rural schools multimedia classroom,intensify the countryside student subsidy,high quality finish ga for the construction of the standardization of former village clinic,improve rural medical corpsman,village clinics and health personnel technical level,etc.
