Subordinates' trust in leader (STL) is an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of leadership.Previous studies focus on the behavior of the leader and research the subordinates'trust in leader from the perspective of the leadership style more often.In fact, the behavior of leaders is affected by their psychological capital. Positive psychological capacities of a leader are often able to generate authentic behavior which is genuine and transparen, and ultimately lead to the consequences of changes in the level of STL. This study differs from previous research. Through the sum-up of international and domestic research,this paper offers a manipulative method to culture and develop positive psychological capacities of the leader and the authentic leadership in a new state-class perspective called psychological capital.This paper discusses the psychological capital of leaders can affect STL from four latitudes including self-efficacy, hope,optimism and resilience by the authentic behavior with the questionnaire survey of 219 subordinates in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The conclusion of this paper are as follow:psychological capital of the leader has significant positive impaction on STL; psychological capital of the leader has significant positive impacttion on the authentic leadership; the authentic leadership has significant positive impaction on STL; authentic leadership plays a mediating role between psychological capital of leader and STL.
