| The concept of 4S stores, before introduced to China in 1998, originates from Europe, with long history of auto-making. It is a concept of integrating four functions, including sale, spare-parte, service and survey in one store. The birth of the 4S marketing system, in which not only the products are taken into account, but also the after-sale service and information feedback are improved, resolves the problems faced by most of the auto dealers; thus is a new direction for the development of auto-marketing.Based on the concept, a franchised shop or several shops at regular intervals will be set up to reduce the cost of circulation through direct marketing and help consumers save money. Then the vendors can capitalize on the high-quality professional after-sales service to earn profits. Currently, the 4S stores in Chinese markets, prefer to use the simple marketing mode of selling the whole unit of a car in order to achieve the increasing in values, but this kind of idea leads to a great investment of human resource and material resources in selling, and the supply of spare parte, after-sale services and information feedback is not satisfied. As a result, the system of human resources management in the 4S brand franchised stores is relatively lagged.B corporation, which sells a certain oversea brand auto as the major business, is a professional 4S brand shop in Guizhou province. Its turnover is above the average national level, and ranks among the top within the province; therefore, the company has a huge potential. Nonetheless, according to surveys conducted, the human resources management is not in tune with the company's strategy, so it cannot provide enough support for company's strategic development. Concerning the reality of B corporation, the author of this paper believe, to achieve its strategic goal and sharpen and maintain the company's core competitiveness through effective management of human resource, the company's chief management should be strategy-based and established a complete planning system of human resources focusing on human resource management, administration of positions, performances, payments and the career planning so as to gain advantages, yet to increase the value of the company through human resource; eventually, to enable the staff to make their value, while fulfilling the company's goal.On the basis of extensive reading, this essay generalizes the developing conditions and characteristics of the external and internal 4S brand franchised stores'human resource management from service-seeking in line and some other methods, then makes an analyses of the present condition of the 4S stores, which identifies some deficiencies and problems in the management of human resource in B corporation. In terms of these problems this essay tries to put forward strategies to improve the level of human resource management, and achieve the company's goals.During the research, the author finds that there are few studies on the human resource management of the 4S franchised stores, therefore, given the real condition of B corporation, as well as the characteristics of the development of the entire industry, the results of this essay provide some strategies and measures should be adopted by the companies. These measures may give enlightenment on the management of human resource for the entire 4S automobile business.Generally speaking, the terms of the essay are divided into five chapters. They are that:The first chapter is the introduction of the background and significance, and the content and method of the research..The second part is the outline of some related theories, which are the theoretical foundation of this research, including the theory of human resource and human resource management.Chapter three, in which the development of the national 4S companies are given a detailed description, mainly aims at the analyses of the current condition of the human resource management in B Corporation. Based on the competitive background and market, the essay also analyzes the present characteristics of human resource situation and problems, furthermore its causes, of the industry, especially the organization structure, position management, human resource planning, payment, performance in B corporation.The fourth chapter proposes the solution----- to set up the modern human resource management idea and a complete management system-----regarding the human resource management problems, which can be carried out from the following steps: first, to establish the strategy-oriented selection strategy and the service profit-oriented rewarding system; then, to build a personnel system combined with competition and elimination; last, to form a training system according to the employments'career planning.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study. Concerning the analyses and on-spot investigations and interviews, the author of the essay suggests gaining profits through service.
