FT special automobile limited company is invested by The FT corporation, It was founded in June 2001,and it is a Manufacturing companies of dump truck, tank truck, biogas slurry car, sanitation trucks and road maintenance truck which include Research and development、production and sales.Since it was founded in 2001, successively developed and produced more than 200 kinds of vehicle,the brand of FT Special automobile Limited Company has become a well-known trademarks in China. However, in recent years,Due to the More and more fierce competition,although there are certain growth sales quantity,but the speed of growth is slow.In the face of such situation,on one hand Marketing company has to strengthen product development,on the other hand has to adjust their marketing strategy.Therefore, the research and discussion on The marketing strategy research of FT Special Automobile Limited Company is very important to the change of the present situation of the company.In this paper, FT Special automobile Limited Company is the research object,based on the management and marketing theory,using the literature methodology, multidisciplinary approach, method of system theory and case analysis,study the problem of marketing strategy to the FT Company Limited of Special automobile. First of all, we analyzed the present situation of the marketing strategy, the existence question and the reason for the problem,Second, we describe the macro envirnment, market demand, competitors, and the status of the consumer groups of FT Special Automobile Limited Company in detail,and then provides the basis for the formulation of Marketing strategy, Thirdly, according to the status of the domestic marketing environment and the problems existing in the marketing strategy,We put forward the new marketing strategy, and discusses the marketing strategy problem such as the implementation of countermeasures.The results showed that,the marketing strategy plan put forward in this paper Conform to the actual situation of the FT Special automobile Limited Company,it has a important role on change current operation of the company.At the same time,also can play a certain roal in the inspiration, guidance and reference for the marketing strategy formulation management of other domestic automobile manufacturing enterprise.
