In recent years, especially in the process of building a socialist harmonious society, corporate social responsibility arouse a wide range of disputes in economic and ethic cycles, and being widely concerned among the economic academic of practical as well.Being as the most powerful organizations except the Government in society, enterprise should take the responsible for building a harmonious socialist society, consciously adjust their own economic interests and bring it into line with the overall interests of society. But so far, regarding the concept of corporate social responsibility has not been accurately defined; the academic community of corporate hasn't yet formed a unified understanding. Enterprises lack the scientific theoretical guidance and a good social atmosphere; there is no scientific standard for reference. Therefore, regarding whether the enterprise should bear the social responsibility of this problem, there has been a controversial academic. In China, most scholars hold this view: Enterprise, in the duration of creation profits to shareholders and in charge of their benefits, its also necessary to take responsible for social responsibility of employee, consumers, the community and the environment, corporate social responsibility goes beyond the scope only for the shareholders before, because of enterprise development and social environment closed connection, society is the source of a variety of benefits, enterprise, as a member of society, must be integrated into social groups, and interact with a variety of organizations.In this paper, on the basis of other scholar study, approaching to define the concept of corporate social responsibility and ethical capital, analysis corporate social responsibility of the nature, characteristics and the content, meanwhile, discussing the moral capital of the relevant detailed content as well. In addition, this article research ethic the supply of capital means and ways from the new perspective to improve corporate social responsibility operability and effectiveness to make up for deficiencies. Finally, on the basis of all front of researches, stressing discuss the dialectical relations between moral capital and corporate social responsibility, feasibility of methods for cultivating corporate ethics capital and enhancing corporate social responsibility of as well.
