Securities Analysis Based On Customer E-commerce Personalized Information Services

The dePendeney of the security business on information and the rapid growth of information technology determines that the quality of information service has become the concernration of security firms to win the fierce competition. Considering the abundance of the client's data and the relations between the investment preferance and information need in the security business, CRM based security information personalization aims at impoving the customer satisfaetion and the competitiveness of the security firms by providing Personalized information according to the individual characteristics of different client derived from the analysis of client data.Based on the intenrational research fruit of information personalization and the features and information service of China's security business , this thesis introduces the ideas of Customer Relationship Management to information personalization to put forward the patterns of information personalization.It analyzes the principles and implementation of CRM-based security information personalization. It mainly focuses on the analysis of characteristics of the clients and its in flunence on the personalized information need and the infrastucture of the implementation of CRM-based security information personalization, including phases of the implementation and the procudures and methods in each phase.Besides theoretical discussion, this thesis provides an information personalization solution for a security trader according to its current information service as an application of CRM-based information personalization using information systems.Finally, the thesis provides some thoughts on the directions of further research.
