Enterprise Technology Innovation And Multi-stage Risk Analysis And Early Warning Of Pre-control

Technological innovation is not only the main headspring of the modern and economic growth,but also the main way that improves the competition ability of enterprises and promotes the development of enterprises continuously.However, technological innovation is a kind of high risk activity,which limits the enterprises' development of technological innovation to a great extent.So,it is significant to identify risk factors of technological innovation projects and to analyze the law of these risk factors, and to pre-warning and to pre-control of the innovation risk for enterprises to control risk and gain the maximum income.At present, the most of research about the technological innovation risk have analyzed the relationship of between risk factors and risk consequences of technological innovation,and managed the technological innovation risk on the macroscopic. But in the different stages of technological innovation process, the impact of risk factors may not be exactly the same. At the same time,for the control of technological innovation risk,the principle and measures of risk control brought by graduate school in existence mostly are policy's suggestions which established qualitative analysis of the technological innovation risk and can't resolve the problem about how to control.Therefore for the meticulous and embedded analysis of every stage risks of technological innovation,on the the basis of its laws to build a dynamic and systemic pre-warning and pre-control system,which should have important academic value and realistic meaning.On the foundation of domestie and international existing research accomplishment,in this paper,firstly, the process of technological innovation will be divided into three stages,under the premise analyzing all characteristics of the various stages,putting forward the risk factors hypothesis of technological innovation of the various stages , using the questionnaires for empirical analysis,identifying the key risk factors of the various stages; Secondly,on the basis of empirical analysis,analyzing the importance of technological innovational risks,analysis has been gotten four categories of risk factors,which are technology risk factor,market enviroment risk factor,finance risk factor and organization management of risk factors,and analyzing their changes in the various stages; At last,on the basis of empirical analysis and analysis the importance of the various stages of technological innovation risk,this paper has been form a dynamically and systemic multi-stage risk pre-warning and pre-control system framework of technological innovation ,at the same time,this paper has been analyzed the frame,operation mode,workflow,pre-warning theory and pre-control theory of this system.
