As one of biggest electrical & electronic company in the world, Siemens AG experienced more than one hundred sixty years marketing test. The company achieved great successes for total marketing performance in industry field. At the same time, being one of the biggest diversified enterprises, Siemens AG involves three main business sectors with total thirteen business groups. Each business group has different role and importance in total company due to each different marketing performance behavior.The Low Voltage business belongs to Industry Automation & Drive Technology group of Industry sector. It's a relative small business in the total company. Low Voltage business of Siemens AG is around No.3 in global marketing sales volume which is acceptable for Siemens. But the Low Voltage business marketing performance should be not very well because it is just only No.5 in Chinese market. It not only behinds the same two international low voltage brand of Schneider and ABB, but also behinds two local low voltage brand of Chint and Delixi. This article first introduce the current marketing performance of Siemens group and Low Voltage business, and then to introduce the current Low Voltage marketin??tuation of China. Based on analyzing marketing strategy of Siemens Low Voltage business in China, this article provides some improving proposals for its marketing strategy.Based on improving proposal for Siemens Low Voltage business in its Chinese marketing strategy, this article wants to do some useful investigations for more successful development for Siemens Low Voltage in Chinese market. Besides that, this article also hopes to provide some successful experience and reference ideas for Chinese local low voltage company who focus on developing big and strong.
