In the course of economic development, a lot of beneficial factors for Chinese restaurant expansion were created, for example, market scale expanding rapidly, new market segment emerged, logistics&distribution, technology of kitchen equipment, transportation, telecommunication, infrastructure are tending perfect and there also have a large amount of capital and professionals in the market who can work for the chain of Chinese restaurants industry.In the meantime, there also exist some internal restricting facors such as how to duplicate quickly, chain management, brand building and lack of money to expansion.This Article deal with duplicate difficulty through product standardization and service standardization, provide chain management solution by analysising KFC case, analysis brand building through market positioning, product strategy and communication strategy.
