Investment Promotion Policies And The Development Of Service Outsourcing Industry

With the deep development of economic globalization and the extensive application of information technology, tradability of service is increasing. As a new and significant business activity, service outsourcing has effect on improving the regional and core competition, deriving new industries and providing business opportunities. Moreover, service outsourcing can improve employment, change three-time industrial structure, promote regional division and collaboration and speed up economic globalization. Service outsourcing, considered as a new economic growth point by many countries, is now flourishing. Every country promotes the internal and local development of international service outsourcing through pragmatic investment promotion policies. This thesis analyzes the experience and practice from the advanced areas, focuses on the motive force of Wuxi service outsourcing and the development of the investment promotion policies system promoted by the service outsourcing as well as its contribution and weakness, and brings forward corresponding countermeasures.Chapter one, which is the theory framework of the thesis, elaborates two main theories about investment promotion and service outsourcing and analyzes the general experience of other countries' development of service outsourcing through investment promotion policies. Chapter two elaborates the current situation, background, motive force, advantage and restriction of Wuxi service outsourcing. Chapter three analyzes the development of service outsourcing, elements of the investment promotion policy system promoted by the service outsourcing and its performances and problems. Chapter four brings forward the corresponding countermeasures.
