At present, our automobile industry develops rapidly and forms the giant auto spare part market. Therefore, deeply studying the supply chain management theory, combining the present situation with the development tendency of the automobile industry and auto spare part market in our country, and then establishing the basic pattern and the optimized tactics of the auto spare part supply chain in our country, all of these are extremely significant.The article's research object is the supply chain of sales spare parts of NAVECO. The article analyzes characteristic and status quo of the supply chain of ales spare parts of NAVECO. This thesis mainly studies the model and method of optimization of the supply chain of sales spare parts of NAVECO. Then investigate how to improve purchasing management, inventory management, logistics management, sales channel management. First of all, the starting point is the enter of storage, the next is purchasing management, including purchasing processes, supplier management, supplier selection, supplier evaluation and establishing the information platform of supplier management and so on. so that we can raising the competitive ability of the supply chain of sales spare parts. Secondly, the improvement of inventory management is analyzed. We should adopt multi-echelon inventory management on whole supply chain of sales spare parts by electronic commerce. On the base of the theory of operation outsourcing, we adopt logistics outsourcing of sales spare parts, selecting right Third part logistics, and implementing rightly, so that we can improve the logistics competitive ability of supply chain through international co-operation, gaining an international advanced logistics. Finally, integrate and optimize the sales channels, broaden the width of the sales channels, establish the selection and evaluation system of dealer, improve sales ability of each sales point, then enhance the sales ability of the whole network.
