As China's growing economic environment and investment environment to improve the healthy development of small and medium-sized rapidly growing group management embarked on the road, but are followed because of the rapid development of enterprises and the internal mechanisms of the one brought about by the imperfect series of contradictions and problems, one of the most concern to investors and managers is financial management and control of the problem. In this paper, based on the current economic situation in our country under the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise group in order to group the parent and subsidiary company in the financial management and control model on the choice of this angle as an entry point to in-depth study of how Innovate Group mother company's financial management and control model.HANHAI Group the typical characteristics of long-term Chinese high-tech enterprises , as an example tracking, and explore its financial management and control mode selection and use carried out on a bold attempt, analysis group at different times and stages of development taken by different financial management and control model and its strengths and weaknesses as the basis for the proposed financial management and control model of innovation theory, to explore how parent-subsidiary corporate group to develop and use more suitable for self-development of financial management and control model.Through the control of Corporate Finance theory and practice of research, the author believes that the modernization of enterprise financial management and control groups should not be at a certain mode of shackles up enterprise groups in the financial management and control mode selection and the development on, should take full account of the mother company's financial reform capacity, careful organization and leadership changes in activity, to circumvent or reduce the risk of change. Group parent company's financial management and control model of the effective operation of the strategy should be based on the Group as a starting point to financial control, human resources management and control and information systems as support, implementation process of supervision and control and timely corrective, finally achieve overall strategic objectives. Through the parent-subsidiary corporate group financial management and control model and HANHAI Group's financial management and control model of exploration and study, we find that financial management and control model is indeed a result of enterprises vary things a model can not be fully fit for any enterprise, nor can an enterprise completely the use of a model, these are unrealistic. It needs to update the concept of enterprise, and constantly looking for the suitable mother and enterprise financial management and control methods and channels, only in this way, enterprises can set up a solid financial foundation in order to Built to Last, in an invincible position.
