Research On Financial Control System Of Investment Holding Enterprise

As a new era of information integration and economic globalization is coming in China,how can a relatively large scale enterprise survive in this new market environment? By comparing several companies with similar strength and size,we can conclude that only a corporate group with strong internal control and enterprise management can develop healthily and orderly in current Chinese market.And for each corporate group,financial management is a key for its survival.Taking an investment holding enterprise as an example,this thesis analyses BHAP’s operation process and business model.BHAP has to strengthen financial control and matches its financial management model with its strategy to achieve a healthy and orderly corporate development.This thesis’ s author used several investigation methods,including direct phone call and face-to-face interviews to deeply understand BHAP’s operation process,financial management structure,financial management rules and regulations,treasury management,etc.He identified several financial control deficiencies and proposed corresponding solutions.After analyzing BHAP’s current financial management system,this thesis concluded: 1.An enterprise’s financial management system have to match its development requirement.BHAP could take “centralization as principle and decentralization as complement” method to reform its financial control process.2.An enterprise must establish a sound financial control system to ensure its daily financial operation;3.Holding company’s finance function has to quickly adapt to any change in the company’s financial management system.BHAP has to optimize its financial controller appointment system,centralize treasury management,establish a budget management committee,continuously improve its internal audit system and financial early warning system,and enhance its financial information system.
